Refined Elegance and Perfect Comfort

The fitness facility offered great equipment. The cleanliness was very excellent, even at all hours. I found it easy to use Uber and Lyft for drop-offs and pick-ups. This convenience made transportation seamless. The hotel had a beautiful, upscale casino. The building's design showed thoughtful detail. I thought the food court was one of the best with upscale food at decent prices. The staff kept rooms immaculate through friendly housekeeping. I enjoyed an excellent dinner at Kyu. I also found excellent drinks at Azul.

I noted some open shops are not available yet

i recommend the peking duck. room service was efficient. ordering breakfast was convenient, saving time and ensuring a relaxed start to the day, especially ideal when there is a tight schedule to maintain.

Customer service felt top tier. The door staff were especially friendly, greeting everyone with warmth and positivity. this created a cute atmosphere. the lady greeting us outside was so friendly and beautiful to everyone everyday.

overall a decent experience

nice gym jacuzzi pool workout options odd experience closet door high-end shopping

the gym was nice. it had many options for working out. there was plenty of space to spread out. the pools were gorgeous. i especially liked the separate pool with a jacuzzi.

the valet experience was odd. also, the closet door in my room could not be closed without pushing against the hanger. if the door was closed at a normal speed, the hangers would end up on the floor. the hotel shopping is ridiculously high-end. i had to leave the hotel to buy a dress shirt for under $500.

caring staff larger rooms responsive service rude attendant hazardous driving chaotic unloading

my room was a bleau queen. i found the staff to be very caring and there for my needs. standard rooms are much larger than normal hotels (i was surprised by the size).

the valet service was not good. attendants seemed rude and driving through felt hazardous. the self parking was off fountainebleau ave (it was a bit of a walk). i found it unsafe and chaotic trying to unload luggage at the front entrance.

comfortable slippers sphere view free parking

The hotel provided comfortable slippers. I thought this was a nice touch. I could see the Sphere from my room. Free parking was provided when I checked out.

The hotel condition was excellent, though the modern style was not entirely to my taste.
